Q1:How many products do you have?

A: -- We have more than 300 products in our shop, all of which are different in material grade, color, length, width, thickness and use. Q2:What is your sample supply policy?

A: If available in stock, we can provide samples, but the sample fee and Courier fee will be paid by the customer. (No initial sample fee will be charged for subsequent orders that meet our bulk order requirements.) We are more than happy to provide samples to the customer for testing and quality inspection.

Q3:Can you produce according to the sample? What about the lead time of the sample?

A:Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We can make the molds. The sample time is expected to take 3-7 days.

Q4:What are your packing conditions? Can we use our own logo or company name on the product or packaging?

1.For samples, we usually ship them through DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, which usually takes 3-7 days to arrive.

2.For small quantities, LCL or airlines are optional.
